Some books have an editor plus multiple authors who each contributed one chapter to the book. Often, only the editor is referenced.
Which would be accepted/preferred way to reference the authors?
1) list all authors for the book item (without clarifying contributions, potentially confusing)
2) create a new item for each chapter, referencing the chapter author, and marking it as an instance of the book
3) use +add statement to add chapter with titles and chapter authors
Or several of those?
