Before we start to make an default gadget to show an deletion notice, I think we should see whether it is feasible to mark items for deletion by adding "almost arbitrary metadata", like Denny mentioned a while back in the thread Wikidata:Project_chat/Archive/2012/10#A_way_to_mark_pages_for_administrative_tasks.--Snaevar (talk) 17:47, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Using the API on every page load[edit]

If I understand correctly, this script works by sending the API a request for every alias the item has, on every page load. Should we first ask the devs whether this might be problematic? --Yair rand (talk) 02:40, 25 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
